SUMMARY:'WalkWays with City of Dublin ETB' Official Video Launch
DESCRIPTION:This event is being held to celebrate the official launch of our promotional video for the ‘WalkWays with City of Dublin ETB’ programme. \n ‘WalkWays with City of Dublin ETB’ is a collaborative programme from WALK and South Inner-City Adult Education Service\, City of Dublin ETB\, which aims to support young adults with intellectual disabilities to prepare for further education and/or employment.  \nIn the programme\, learners work towards achieving QQI Level 4 certificates while also building independence and daily routines\, enhancing personal responsibility and self-management\, and improving digital literacy and practical skills. \nThe promotional video was produced during the pilot programme\, which ran from January to June of 2024. The programme is now into its second year and continues to evolve with a new cohort of learners. \nJoin us on Friday 22nd November to learn more about the programme\, hear directly from previous learners\, and watch the first public screening of our promotional video!
