Transition from Second to Third level Education

This is an information session for parents and students that have Spina Bifida and or Hydrocephalus. Discussing the available options to students, college applications, college of further education applications and other routes you can take after school. This session will also be available to parents who want help understanding the college application process and how best to support their children through this process. Another vital component of this session will be discussing DARE access routes and how they can help people with disabilities in their applications.
