Carlow joins Cavan, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Limerick, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Sligo, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow to make it 20 counties signed up for CAW.
