Parental Information Programme (TUS & St Clements College)

The Access Service remains committed to fostering inclusive, supportive pathways into higher
education. As part of this commitment, a series of targeted information sessions for parents and
guardians are held throughout the academic year. These University Information Sessions for Parents
aimed to provide families with clear, practical guidance on the university application process, student
support services, financial assistance options, and the role of the Access Service in supporting students
from underrepresented backgrounds.
Recognizing the pivotal role that families play in the educational journey, the sessions are designed to
be interactive and informative, encouraging open discussion and addressing some of the very common
concerns related to entering higher education. TUS Midwest Access Service are
delighted to continue to partner with education providers to offer support in this space regarding
accessing higher education. One of our partners this year include St Clement’s College, who we are delighted be be visiting again during College awareness week.
