University of Galway’s Access Centre – Transition Year Cookbook Competition

Calling Transition Year DEIS school students in Galway, Mayo, Roscommon & Clare! 
As part of College Awareness Week, our Access Centre’s School Outreach Team are asking you to participate in a College Cookbook Competition, entrants are asked to design a set of meal plans on a budget,  aimed specifically for college students. All participants will be invited on campus in Semester 2 to present their work and will be in with the chance of having their plan published in our upcoming College Cookbook! 
 
The meal plan must:
Utilise the food pyrimid to create well balanced meals
Be creative, think of different ways to use your ingredients!
